I occasionally started my journey in education when I was an equity research intern in a local investment bank.
Later on, I went to Teachers College, Columbia University to explore my interest in Learning Analytics. New York is just the right place for me to meet people from different backgrounds, to design, build and critique constructionist educational technologies.
Back to Shanghai, I stepped into the PE/VC, investing on edtech, while also testing on my own research prototypes. It was an amazing experience to share with enterpreneurs the educational theories and see how they apply into their products.
Although I started my career as a quant trader in a hedge fund, but still, my goals of continuing my research and study on STEM education, and constructionism never ends.
Life might not be linear, however, I enjoy every moment of my life 😀
